All work is limited to safely accessible areas and appropriate surface-care methods. Add-ons are subject to availability, approval before work begins, and additional pricing. An excluded task is not automatically available as an add-on.

Deep Cleaning handles normal to moderate buildup; it is not restoration or hazardous-condition cleanup. If a home exceeds the booked scope, Turnly will discuss options before additional billable work.

If an included task was missed, contact Turnly through the customer portal within 24 hours of completion. Turnly will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a complimentary corrective touch-up.

STANDARD RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

An everyday reset for a well-maintained home.

Know what to expect, room by room. Cleaning is limited to safely accessible areas; heavy furniture and appliances are not moved.

Our cleaners will:

  • Wipe down accessible countertops and backsplashes.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen sink and faucet.
  • Wipe down the exterior of cabinets and drawers, including accessible handles.
  • Clean the exterior of the refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
  • Clean the stovetop and accessible burner surfaces.
  • Clean the inside of the microwave.
  • Wipe down accessible small appliance exteriors, such as coffee makers and toasters.
  • Clean and polish accessible fixtures.
  • Wipe down tables and chairs.
  • Remove visible crumbs and light food residue from accessible surfaces.
  • Empty trash cans and replace liners when customer-provided liners are available.

To maintain consistent service quality and transparent pricing, the following services are not included in a Standard Cleaning unless specifically listed as an approved add-on or separate service.

Hazardous or Unsafe Cleaning

For the safety of customers and cleaning professionals, Turnly does not provide the following under its Standard Cleaning service:

  • Mold remediation.
  • Asbestos or lead remediation.
  • Biohazard cleanup.
  • Human or animal waste cleanup beyond ordinary toilet sanitation.
  • Blood, bodily fluid, or hazardous material cleanup.
  • Pest infestation cleanup.
  • Rodent droppings or nesting material removal.
  • Hoarding cleanup.
  • Cleaning areas with exposed wiring or other unsafe conditions.
  • Removal of sharp or potentially dangerous materials.
  • Cleaning requiring hazardous chemical handling.

Turnly reserves the right to decline or discontinue cleaning in areas presenting an unreasonable health or safety risk.

Other Excluded Services
  • Post-construction cleaning.
  • Move-in or move-out cleaning.
  • Interior wall washing.
  • Removing heavy stains from walls, ceilings, or flooring.
  • Cleaning ceiling fans, light fixtures, or vents that cannot safely be reached from floor level.

  • Cleaning blinds individually, slat by slat.
  • Cleaning heavily soiled or neglected properties requiring specialized service.

Before your clean

Accessibility

Cleaners will service surfaces and areas that are reasonably accessible without moving heavy furniture or personal belongings.

Areas blocked by excessive clutter, fragile belongings, or unsafe conditions may be skipped.

Condition of the Home

Standard Cleaning is intended for homes in reasonably maintained condition.

Homes with heavy dirt, excessive grease, significant buildup, or prolonged neglect may require Deep Cleaning instead.

If the property's condition exceeds the booked scope, Turnly will contact the customer regarding available options before performing additional billable work.

Pets

For the safety and comfort of everyone involved, pets should be safely secured when necessary.

Turnly is not responsible for cleaning pet accidents or hazardous animal waste under Standard Cleaning.

Supplies and Equipment

Unless otherwise stated in the booking, Turnly's cleaning professionals will arrive with the supplies and equipment needed to perform the scheduled service.

Customers should notify Turnly in advance of delicate surfaces, special cleaning instructions, or known product restrictions.

Personal Belongings

Customers should secure valuables, important documents, fragile items, and sensitive personal belongings before the scheduled appointment.

Cleaners will not open closed cabinets, drawers, or personal storage containers unless specifically authorized as part of an approved service.

Service Limitations

Standard Cleaning focuses on routine household dirt, dust, and normal surface buildup.

Although our cleaners work carefully and thoroughly, Turnly does not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, discoloration, scratches, etching, corrosion, or damage requiring repair or restoration.

Customer Satisfaction

Turnly strives to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning.

If a task included in your confirmed scope was missed or improperly completed, please contact Turnly through the customer portal within 24 hours of service completion.

Turnly will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a corrective touch-up for the affected area at no additional charge.

Deep Cleaning addresses normal to moderate household buildup. Excessive or unusual conditions may require a specialty service or a separate estimate.

Hazardous and Unsafe Conditions

For the safety of our cleaning professionals and customers, Turnly does not perform:

  • Mold remediation.
  • Biohazard cleanup.
  • Blood or bodily fluid cleanup.
  • Animal waste remediation.
  • Rodent droppings or nesting material removal.
  • Pest infestation cleanup.
  • Asbestos or lead abatement.
  • Hazardous chemical removal.
  • Sharps or needle disposal.
  • Hoarding cleanup involving unsafe conditions.
  • Cleaning areas with exposed electrical hazards.
  • Cleaning requiring unsafe climbing or lifting.

Turnly may decline or discontinue service in any area presenting an unreasonable safety risk.

Exterior and Specialty Areas
  • Garages and carports.
  • Patios, porches, balconies, or decks.
  • Outdoor furniture.
  • Exterior siding or walls.
  • Driveways and walkways.
  • Gutters and roofs.
  • Attics and crawl spaces.
  • Unfinished basements or storage areas.
  • Pressure washing.
  • Exterior building maintenance.

These areas are excluded unless specifically included in a separately approved service.

  • Removing or washing light fixtures.
  • Cleaning areas requiring ladders.
  • Cleaning heavily neglected properties requiring specialty remediation.
  • Cleaning inaccessible areas behind or beneath heavy objects.

  • Inside Oven Cleaning: Removal of routine grease and cooking residue from accessible oven interior surfaces.
  • Inside Refrigerator Cleaning: Wiping and cleaning accessible refrigerator interior surfaces.

  • Interior Window Cleaning: Cleaning accessible interior window glass.
  • Detailed Blinds Cleaning: Individual cleaning of accessible blind slats.

Before your clean

Property Condition

Deep Cleaning is intended for residential properties with normal to moderate accumulated dirt, dust, grease, and household buildup.

Properties with excessive contamination, extensive clutter, severe neglect, or conditions requiring industrial cleaning may require a separate estimate.

If the property's condition exceeds the scheduled scope, Turnly will contact the customer regarding available options before performing additional billable work.

Customer Preparation

To help our cleaning professionals provide the best possible service, customers are encouraged to:

  • Remove excessive clutter from floors and surfaces.
  • Secure jewelry, cash, valuables, and sensitive documents.
  • Put away clothing, toys, and personal items.
  • Ensure running water and electricity are available.
  • Provide safe access to all scheduled cleaning areas.
  • Secure pets when necessary.
  • Inform Turnly of delicate materials, damaged fixtures, or special surface-care requirements.

Areas that cannot be accessed safely or reasonably may be skipped.

Accessibility and Safety

Our cleaning professionals will not move heavy furniture or appliances or perform tasks requiring unsafe lifting or climbing.

Cleaning is limited to areas safely accessible from floor level, including use of appropriate extension cleaning tools.

Turnly reserves the right to decline tasks that could result in injury or property damage.

Cleaning Results

Deep Cleaning is designed to remove accumulated household dirt and moderate surface buildup.

Certain stains, discoloration, corrosion, mineral deposits, worn finishes, or damaged materials may not be removable through ordinary cleaning methods.

Turnly does not guarantee restoration of damaged surfaces or removal of permanent staining.

Supplies and Equipment

Unless otherwise communicated, Turnly's cleaning professionals will arrive with the supplies and equipment necessary for the scheduled service.

Customers must disclose any known surface restrictions or special cleaning requirements before the appointment.

Service Quality and Satisfaction

At Turnly, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If an included task was missed or improperly completed, customers should notify Turnly through the customer portal within 24 hours of the completed appointment.

Turnly will review the concern and, when appropriate, arrange a complimentary corrective touch-up for the affected area.

Tasks outside the original scope are not included in complimentary corrective visits.
